How fast will I hear back?

General questions: one business day. Paid plans: priority routing — typically within a few hours during business hours (US Eastern).

What information should I include?

Your account email, the page or feature involved, what you expected vs. what happened, and a screenshot or short screen recording when relevant. The more context, the faster we can resolve it.

Are there office hours or live chat?

We hold weekly community office hours announced in the community. For urgent issues on paid plans, email support is the fastest path.

Where do I report a security issue?

Email mike@rocketopp.com with "Security" in the subject. We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours and follow responsible-disclosure practices.
